A family tea estate in Assam, India, (in business since 1933) needed branding for their new venture into organic produce.
Approach The logo we created embraced the legacy of the tea estate. Tea leaves and flushes, which includes only the terminal bud and two young leaves, are picked from bushes in plucking tea, Dilkhoosh means 'that which makes the heart happy', and we used both a heart and the tea leaves in the new logo. For the honey jar we created a label with a vintage feel in keeping with the family-business image. Invoking the idea of spice, we used vibrant colors to create visually stunning tags.
